Sales Coordinator/Marketing Administrative Assistant
This position will involve direct contact with upper management on a daily basis (General Manager & Marketing Department). There will also be instances that will require your direct input and opinions (Strategy Meetings, Marketing Campaigns, etc.). It is a role that will be supporting more than one department but mainly focusing on supporting the marketing department and General Manager
? Generating Reports
? Tracking Marketing and Advertising Costs
? Assisting with contracts and proposals (RFPs, RPQs, and RFIs) related to business negotiations.
? Assisting with billing and invoicing vendors
? Direct interaction with vendors, managing accounts, and communications
? Additional duties as needed
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
? Work directly with marketing department and General Manager
? Assist with scheduling client meetings, travel arrangements and organization of overall calendar for General Manager
? Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, reports, and additional general administrative duties as needed.
EDUCATION:
? BA in marketing or related field preferred
? 1-4 years of experience in an administrative support or coordinating role
