Loader/Unloader is responsible for the safe operation of the packing and loading department. The role will work 12-hour shifts under a 2, 2, 3 pattern on B crew that starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 5:00 AM. The hourly rate of pay starts at $25.17 with a 60 cents per hour shift differential. Overtime is required.Bunge provides competitive benefits including, paid vacation and holidays, full medical benefits and a pension plan.Job description:Load and unload bulk and bag products with a focus on safety, quality and production. Work in a team atmosphere to ensure orders are shipped to customers.Job duties:Load and unload cars and trucks with designated products.Clean and prepare cars for loading and unloading of Corn Operations products.Keep inventory of bags being loaded and keep accurate records.Maintain a clean and safe working area.Inspect product for quality and report any irregularities.Perform minor repair work as required for efficient loading operations.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Skills/requirements:Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.Knowledge of basic math.Oral and written communication skills.Understanding the operations of the packing and loading department.Be able to work effectively with others in a team environment.Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
