Position Details:
--- Title: Maintenance Technician
--- Location: Beecher, IL (South of Chicago)
--- Shift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (6:30AM - 3:00PM)
--- Compensation: $30-$34/hr., $62k - $70k annually before OT
--- Benefits: Company offers an industry leading benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401K match program (up to 4.5%), 3 weeks PTO, and multiple other fringe benefits.

Position Description:
Conduct maintenance for electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment, including 480V 3-Phase, 208V 3-Phase, 120V, Buss Bars, MCC maintenance and more. Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and resolve problems.

Requirements:
--- Electro-mechanical skills and training, particularly troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving faults in a timely, efficient, and safe manner
--- Previous industrial maintenance experience
--- Vocational school training, particularly related to electronics and/or PLC (DirectLogix) experience highly preferred
--- Strong oral and written communication skills
--- Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
