Shift: 1st Shift; M-F (Weekend work/ support as needed)
Compensation: $160k-$180k(+) + 25% Target Bonus + $25k sign on bonus + relocation provided

Position Description:
As part of the Engineering team, you would analyze data, draft implementation plans for production process optimization. Seeking out ways to maximize efficiencies by eliminating the waste of valuable resources that directly impact our overall operating costs. Responsible for managing the activities of the maintenance department of a large complex plant to keep building and equipment in proper state of repair, in order to reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flow and production lines running at maximum efficiency. Responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance systems associated with High Performing Manufacturing Organizations (Preventative/ Predictive Maintenance, TPM, etc.). Number two at the plant - reports direct to Plant Manager.

Requirements:
A Candidate for this role should have at a minimum 8+ years of experience for this role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred (plus if in engineering) plus multiple years of experience in progressive levels of leadership (Supervisor - Superintendent - Manager, etc) within the maintenance field; Should also have food experience, big plus if in dried meat production.
