team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:About the Role: The Training Coordinator at the South Beloit location provides support to the LMS Manager and Site Plant Steering Team to develop and maintain current all hourly training materials and track training for all Site Employees.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Build, coordinate, and facilitate training across all site levels.Maintain skills capability matrix for site.Track site training completions and skills gaps.Build well-written technical training for production equipment and or lines.Use photographs, drawings, diagrams and charts in training material to increase users' understanding.Adjust facilitation style to meet the needs of the audience by selecting appropriate communication mediums, such as manuals or online videos.Revise training materials to keep up with process improvements.Important Details:
This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which works Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility to work some Saturdays and/or accommodate some of the training in the off shifts.About You:You'll fit right in if you have: Demonstrated minimum experience of 2 years in manufacturing.
Associate degree a Plus.
Strong Computer Skills with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly. Working experience in technical writing of software documentation and basic knowledge of video editing programs such as Visio.Time management skills; good verbal and written communication skills; facilitator skills.Ability to work across multiple shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 operating environment.
