We are currently looking for individuals to join the 2nd and 3rd shift which also comes with a shift differential!. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $15.50 - $18.00 / hour Duties: We have two departments we are hiring for; Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Responsible for completing control plan inspections
• Load, unload, sort and inspect proper component parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensures accurate assembly
• Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment
• Completes line start-ups and changeover activities
• Completes other job duties as delegated by department Shift Supervisor or Manager
• Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands
• Steel Toed Boots are Required. Position Requirements: Assembly: Required to frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawlGrinding: Same requirements as assembly along with; occasionally push/pull up to 80 pounds; rarely lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Manufacturing experience not needed
  • Ability to perform basic math all units of measure
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
