Job Duties:1.
Ensure the facility is in compliance with all OSHA, EPA, and DEQ regulatory requirements.2. Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective Asset Reliability Program throughout the facility for all production equipment to include production equipment, forklifts and control systems.3. Continuously develop systems, processes, and people to maximize maintenance labor efficiency and control parts spending.4. Responsible to see that all personnel contracted to do projects follow Company GMP, Safety, and Personal Appearance standards.5. Ensure that all work performed meets GMP, 3-A, U.S.D.A., and Company standards of quality.6. Sets a proper example for all employees by his/her conduct in GMP, Safety, Personal Appearance, Quality Control, and Attendance.7. Work with Human Resource Manager to fill all manpower needs (job postings and new hires).8. Work with the Human Resource Manager to assure personnel policies are uniformly administered and necessary discipline conducted in accordance with the Employee Handbook.9. Work with Managers to correct regulatory and customer audit deficiencies.10. Inform Plant Manager of any operational problems.11. Ensure continuous improvement with new methods, equipment, and technologies through available training for self and maintenance personnel.12. Insure proper safety practices are followed, take an active part in the Company Safety Programs, and become a Safety Program Owner.13. Establish and maintain an environment that fosters healthy employee relations within Company guidelines.14. Conduct performance evaluations for all hourly maintenance employees.15.
