Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
* Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
* Gather, update, and review cost data

Residential construction or Commercial construction estimating experience on all projects in any aspect of the build
* 3 years experience estimating projects or relevant field experience
* Estimating Software experience
