What You Will Do
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating quality principles throughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading advanced quality planning to optimize processes and systems.
- Conducting structured problem-solving and lean techniques for continual improvement.
- Driving quality training, coaching, and audits to uphold standards.
- Independently managing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and technical standards.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish tasks and build relationships.
What You Will Bring
Required:
- Engineering Degree.
- 5-7 years of engineering experience.
- Curiosity for personal growth.
- "A3 Mindset" for systematic problem-solving.
Preferred:
- Strong root cause analysis skills.
- Automotive quality experience.
- Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial disciplines.
- Experience with IATF/ISO audits.
- CQE certification.
- ASQ Certified Auditor.
- Experience in plastics or web converting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and data analytics.
