Duties/Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities - Assist and support Women's Basketball ticket manager
- With the support of Women's Basketball ticket manager, build and implement Women's Basketball season setup, ticket allocation, and event preparation.
- Provide game day support for women's basketball, and lead students/part time workers in exemplary customer service
Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities - Serve as customer service lead for GA tickets and inbound line
- Assist and help train student workers to provide front line service and help with day-to-day questions they may have
- Process ticket requests, allotment requests, and ticket renewal forms from internal departments
