• Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution. Hire subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address safety concerns, obtain permits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies.
