This role partners with executive leadership and their teams to develop financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability. The Director of FP&A provides leadership and guidance to financial analysts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. Your resiliency, adaptability and business acumen are all keys to your success.Accountabilities - Partner with executive leadership to develop financial plans and strategies aligned with the company's goals and objective, including annual budget/operating plan and monthly forecasts
- Provide value added analyses and insights to business leaders, anticipating the business requirements to support the business objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports, analysis and insights to broad range of stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and variances
- Develop and maintain financial modeling and scenario planning to support business initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost optimization strategies
- Manage and mentor team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, and external changes affecting the business' financial performance and outlookRequired qualifications
