This role partners with executive leadership and their teams to develop financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability. The Director of FP&A provides leadership and guidance to financial analysts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. Your resiliency, adaptability and business acumen are all keys to your success.Accountabilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop financial plans and strategies aligned with the company's goals and objective, including annual budget/operating plan and monthly forecasts
• Provide value added analyses and insights to business leaders, anticipating the business requirements to support the business objectives
• Prepare and present financial reports, analysis and insights to broad range of stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and variances
• Develop and maintain financial modeling and scenario planning to support business initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost optimization strategies
• Manage and mentor team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, and external changes affecting the business' financial performance and outlookRequired qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus
  • 8+ years in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of business partnership and strategic decision support
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience in a SaaS environment strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial reporting systems (e.g. planning, ERP, BI tools)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
