This key position is responsible for all front desk duties including providing amazing customer service, checking patients in/out, appointment scheduling, referral management, insurance verifications, authorizations, and payment collection. - Warmly greet and welcome patients.
- Check patients in and out for appointments according to company policy and procedures, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.
- Pleasantly answer phones and/or direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
- Accurately register patients and create patient accounts within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Efficiently schedule patient appointments for both new and existing patients.
- Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such preparing patient charts/documents, insurance verifications, authorizations, data entry and collection of payments.
- Complete opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate amazing Customer Service and maintain HIPAA Compliance. Qualifications
