QualificationsPrior to being hired in the QA department, Partners are required to take a QA exam. The exam includes basic math, calculator skills, reasoning ability, and visual acuity. Individual who passed the QA exam are not guaranteed a position within the QA department. All potential technicians who qualify for the position will be interviewed to determine if they are compatible for the position.ResponsibilitiesThe individual is responsible for working directly with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure all regulatory and customer requirements are met, completing the department checks and upload the information in MYQM.The individual must have good communication skills and able to work well with others.The individual must be able to read and write English.The individual must have good math skills.The individual must be able to work without close supervision.The individual must have good reasoning skills for making decisions.The individual must be able to work flexible hours.The individual must be capable of working in cold / hot environments for extended periods of time.The individual must be capable of learning the HACCP System procedures and must be able to obtain a passing score on the exams.The individual must be able to lift 40 lbs.
