ServiceNow is looking for a -RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) -Engineer. -The Engineer for -Role-Based Access Control -will join a team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within IAM Implementation Team. This position will include hands-on engineering and development of IAM solutions as well as support of vendor products primarily related to Role Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties and Identity Governance. Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of the IAM Product Management Model. An ideal candidate will have strong engineering skills as well as the ability to help support the full lifecycle implementation of IGA product. What you get to do in this role: - Design and implement RBAC systems for secure resource access
- Develop and enforce access control policies aligned with compliance
- Analyze the data for role discovery and SoD identification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient access management
- Engage with the business users at different levels to understand Application Owner business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements and make recommendations on the solution and implementation.
- The RBAC Enginner should be able to work with the overall IAM Product Management team and deploy the solution through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies
- The ideal candidate should be a good team player
- This position will require strong Program/Product Management skills .
- Analyze the data for role discovery and SoD identification. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- 7+ yrs of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) lifecycle management, Role Engineering, SOD build and engineering
- 4+ yrs of RBAC - Role Discovery, Role Configuration, SOD - Segregation of Duties and Toxic Configuration in Systems
- 3+ yrs of experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ
- Proven expertise in RBAC design and implementation
- Strong understanding of access control, authentication, and authorization
- Proficiency in IAM solutions and automation tools Preferred Qualifications:
