- Understanding and communicating a broad range of Firm services;
- Managing engagements, preparing concise, accurate and high quality deliverables;
- Designing, implementing, improving, and supporting Payroll business processes in a Dayforce environment;
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying various Dayforce solutions;
- Leading client workshops, status meetings and other project team meetings;
- Providing consistent and accurate communication of status to clients and leadership;
- Building client relationships and managing expectations with scope, service, and delivery;
- Participating in and balancing multiple client engagements while supporting team leaders in managing day-to-day activities ;
