Start your Voyage - Apply Now Get to Know the OpportunityVoya IM is seeking to hire a Request for Proposal (RFP) Writer to help develop and respond to questions on the firm's products and services from investment consultants, existing clients, and prospective clients. The responses will be in the form of RFPs, Requests for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaires. The RFP writer will also be responsible for updating, maintaining, and developing the language library. The RFP writer will support establishing an efficient relationship and collaboration across Voya IM and AllianzGI products. The RFP Writer will report to the Global Head of RFP Manager and work in direct partnership and collaboration with sales and product functions, as well as other supporting functions involved in the management and distribution of our products. The RFP Writer will strive to ensure that all deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant to provide a high standard of service and the best opportunity to bring in new business.The Contributions You'll Make - Manage and write institutional RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for the Voya Investment Management product spectrum. Responses include both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Follow RFP Process guidelines and effectively create and manage all production timelines while meeting internal and external deadlines.
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies.
- Provide peer-review of RFPs as needed.
- Complete ad-hoc and consultant questionnaire requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with all RFP, Consultant Relations, and Sales team members as well as subject matter experts throughout the firm.
- Assist in updating and maintaining content management system (R esponsive ).
- Must be client-focused and willing to go the extra mile. Self-starter with independent mindset. Minimum Knowledge & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably including new business proposal (RFP) writing for institutional asset management firms.
- Solid understanding of the institutional investment marketplace - all asset classes.
- Strong project management and time management skills ; high attention to detail.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills; ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software. #LI-MG1#LI-RemoteCompensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
