Responsibilities:
--- Go on appointments with clients wanting to buy or sell homes.
--- Your job is to identify all client's needs and apply our processes to fulfill those needs.
--- Prospecting for leads, setting your own appointments, generating referrals, and building your pipeline using the phone, email, texts, and social media.
--- Team up and communicate with in-house appointment schedulers who set up meetings on your behalf.
--- Consistently improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by leadership.
--- Help the whole team grow through transparent feedback and accountability.
--- Communicate transparently with our administrative staff to ensure client success.

Qualifications:
We are looking for the top 2% of sales applicants for this position!
--- A valid Tennessee Real Estate License is required for this position (or a plan to get one).
