Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans and settlement agreements
Provide excellent customer service and resolution of debt issues
Recommend process improvements and meet scorecard targets


Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in collections or voice-based customer service
Experience in secured debt recovery highly regarded
Familiarity with debt collection regulations in Australia
Ability to work in Australian time zone between 8:30 am-5:15 pm
