We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsProvides care in the ambulatory setting directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient. Is a resource person and teacher. Care given reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Utilizes initiative and strives to maintain steady level of productivity. Is a self starter. Is compatible and supportive; and a team player. Communicates on behalf of the patient reflects the mission, ethics and goals of the hospital, as well as the focus statement of the department -What qualifications you will need:
  • Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) -
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing -
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date -
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date -
  • 1 year acute care experience -HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is located in west Miami-Dade County. Our acute care facility has 417-beds. Our services include trauma, burn, surgical, women's and children's services, behavioral health and diagnostic services. We have two full service free-standing ER facilities.
