Job Type: Contract



Duration: 3 months to start



Hours: 7am-4pm



School Environment







Client would like us to provide to onsite tech support to the School to include the following:

Talk with district regarding test access





-

Troubleshoot computer hardware





-

Correct and troubleshoot internet issues

Device performance testing





-

Respond to threats and health issues





-

On-demand security and compliance





-

Hardware diagnostics and warranty repair per school contract with manufacture

Provider will provide onsite services, with Remote/technical support from the corporate office as needed to resolve any escalated issues. More...
