We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and excel in their careers.Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet company standards and client expectations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent on $35M+ commercial projects
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits:
