Located in Central Florida, LifeStream primarily serves the residents of Lake, Citrus and Sumter Counties, with additional programs located in Orange, Marion, Hernando counties.Position Overview: LifeStream is a leading provider of behavioral health services, dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our consumers. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNS to join our team. The LPN is responsible for providing client care and improving nursing service in an organized nursing unit. Will assist consumers in increasing interaction skills, in improving level of functioning and in gaining insight into their illness; this includes establishing a meaningful relationship with all consumers.
