As an ACA Field Representative, you will engage with individuals and families within the community, helping them understand their health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Responsibilities:
--- Mandatory orientations are held every Monday through Saturday at 10:30 AM in person and at 12:00 PM via Zoom. ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING.
--- Outreach and engage with potential clients in various settings
--- Facilitate the enrollment process for individuals seeking ACA health insurance
--- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACA provisions and guidelines
--- Document interactions and follow up as necessary
--- Achieve personal and team enrollment targets and qualify for weekly production bonuses

Qualifications:
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- Self-motivated with a persistent work ethic
--- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
--- Comfortable with direct sales and client interaction
--- No licensing required to start; licensed agents will have the opportunity to earn higher commissions
