Responsibilities:
Client Retention Strategy: Devise and implement initiatives aimed at retaining and fortifying relationships with former clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction with our products or services.Proactive Communication: Uphold regular and proactive correspondence with previous clients to address their requirements, gather valuable feedback, and furnish pertinent updates or offerings.Expansion of Offerings: Identify avenues to enlighten and acquaint past clients with additional services offered by the firm that are pertinent to their needs and interests.Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions, facilitating seamless communication and fostering deeper engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with intake, marketing, and various departments to synchronize strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized outreach to past clients.

Qualifications:

--- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
--- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
--- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
--- Proficiency with CRM software is advantageous
--- Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
--- Background in sales or marketing is desirable
--- High school diploma or GED is essential; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
--- Strong grasp of spreadsheet and data management, coupled with proficient computer skills
