We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position requires that you report to our office in Jacksonville, FL Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

• Prepares Occupied units for Rental Conversion:
  • Drafts Conditional Approval Letter
  • Drafts Limited Power of Attorney
  • Drafts Assignments of Rents and Leases
  • Verifies Insurance
  • Collects expired leases and updates information in Solifi.
  • Collects missing lot information from all borrowers to aid in inspection audits.
  • Collects renewed external inventory insurance.
  • Collects renewed dealer licenses.
  • Obtains status of vacant rental units.
  • Assists with inspection audits via the online system and will clearance calls.Minimum Qualifications:
    • 1 years prior work experience in the financial service industry is preferred
    • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
    • Must be able to type at a rate at least 30 WPM
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
