This position requires that you report to our office in Jacksonville, FL Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.Prepares Occupied units for Rental Conversion:Drafts Conditional Approval LetterDrafts Limited Power of AttorneyDrafts Assignments of Rents and LeasesVerifies InsuranceCollects expired leases and updates information in Solifi.Collects missing lot information from all borrowers to aid in inspection audits.Collects renewed external inventory insurance.Collects renewed dealer licenses.Obtains status of vacant rental units.Assists with inspection audits via the online system and will clearance calls.Minimum Qualifications: 1 years prior work experience in the financial service industry is preferredAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions givenMust be able to type at a rate at least 30 WPMHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesSalary Range: $21.55 - $22.97 / Hour #PM22PIeda0bcc7b45b-25660-34336396 More...
