ENGLISH AND SPANISH verbal and written proficiency a MUST (Portuguese a PLUS), 3-5 Years of Executive support experience, Strong telephone etiquette, team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

Daily management including coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conference with multi countries and any other necessary communication; ? First point of contact on all external matters including call screening, processing mail/post, meeting requests etc; ? Extensive travel arrangements and bookings including detailed itineraries and document preparation; ? Ensure the EVP is contactable/reachable at all times; ? Preparation and processing of expense reports ensuring timely repayment to corporate credit cards; ? Document preparation including presentations, word documents, spreadsheets etc; ? Receive and prepare documentation for approval by EVP, ensuring a constant and smooth communication flow including tracking of purchase orders.
