Well establish Law Firm in Weston is adding to their staff and looking for a Legal Assistant.



Job Description:

The Job description includes but is not limited to setting hearings, docketing, drafting motions, pleadings, transcribing dictation, managing attorney calendars and being proficient in E-filing and E-service. Must be able to work under pressure.



Requirements:

*2 - 3 years experience in commercial and civil litigation, creditor rights concentration.

*Knowledge of garnishments, foreclosures, commercial actions, bankruptcy and post judgment

*Proficient with Time Matters, Tabs, Word and Excel

*Must be dependable and work well independently as well as in a group.

*Bilingual a plus, Notary a plus.



Salary commensurate with experience.
