Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements.Perform activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including change deployment and certification, application performance, application management and development support.WHAT YOU BRING - Exposure/Supporting web-based Java application
- Java OOPS
- Should know the basics of JAVA, JavaScript, JSP----
- Understanding of Spring MVC, Struts Frameworks of designing the J2EE Application
- Should be able to understand and debug the code using the IDE----
- Should be able to troubleshoot configuration (Jboss server) issues with deployed applications----
- Should know the basic of the XML (configuration file)
- Should be able to understand and debug on Java/J2EE platform
- Participate in all phases of SDLC lifecycle activities and production rollout
- Ensure compliance to standards and best practices for Release Engineering Standards, development of automated scripts, change management etc.
- Experience in using Agile/Scrum practices and methodologies
- 3+ years of experience.---Plus Experience:
- Java EJB, JMS,--Angular JS SQL
- Should be able debug SQL performance related issue
- Should be able write SQL queries with all types of join and group by
- Should be comfortable using SQL built in functions
- Should be able to debug complex SQL scripts, procedures, views and functions.
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Scripting
- PowerShell Scripting
- Version Control Comfortable with GIT---Miscellaneous:
- Good communication skills
- Good to have finance [Capital Market] domain KnowledgeWhat You Will Be Doing:
- Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
- May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the issue is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
- Review support transition checklists received from implementation.
- Work on small CX projects independently or have ownership of project execution when multiple staff members are working on the project.
- Coordinate queue management and resolution times for technical support tickets.
- Liaise with functional support teams to address technical support items and assist the team with client triage sessions.
- Collaborate with Prod Ops to track daily load monitoring issues and aid as required to the Ops teams to address load processing issues.
