We pride ourselves on our in-house carpenters who self-perform multiple scopes of work, ensuring high-quality results for our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Project Manager & Estimator at our Clearwater, FL location. As a Senior PM/Estimator you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects related to exterior cladding systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include estimating new projects, reviewing specifications, preparing submittal packages, coordinating project teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met,and overseeing logistics management.Qualifications

• Experience in a variety of rain screen & cladding systems, manufactures & substrates
• Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and directing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of expediting processes and logistics management
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety protocols
• Experience working in commercial and industrial construction
