We are currently looking to fill an exciting BI Developer II position at our Maitland, Florida location. This job will involve data analysis, data consolidation, data extraction, layout, design and technical report development using Microsoft SQL BI and SharePoint 2013 toolsets. A successful BI Developer II will work closely with the Business Analysts and Data Analysts to develop BI solutions that will provide accurate, timely, fully documented datasets using Microsoft BI technology for full BI development cycle (designing, building, testing, deploying). This position requires a strong desire to understand the business goals that drive our BI solution requirements and the ability to organize and categorize disparate information data sets into meaningful management views. Data analysis and advanced BI report development experience within the mortgage or financial space is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

?Develop BI reporting using including but not limited to SSRS, and Microsoft SharePoint BI Stack

?Requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and deployment for all management reports and dashboards that utilize our BI Technologies

?Ensure that reports are developed to meet our quality goals and are completed within established timelines and budgets

?Develop, administer, and maintain enterprise data warehouse, data marts and related DSS duties

?Work directly with Business Analyst Team and Data Analyst Team to understand the business requirements

?Generate SQL Server stored procedures, views, and queries to be utilized by Business Analyst and Data Analyst teams

?Identify and troubleshoot data quality concerns

?Incorporate testing and QA of reports prior to delivery

?Work with Data Analyst Team to conduct data management and data quality

?Update objects ,data models and metadata according to structure changes within the EDW

?Debug, monitor, troubleshoot BI solutions and recommend other solutions for optimizations

?Document BI technical specifications

?Continue to find new and exciting ways to present information such that it can be acted upon within the operational teams



General Requirements:



?Manage multiple priorities and ensure team deliveries in a dynamic environment

?Self-learner with a high degree of professionalism

?Ability, if required, to design/develop/optimize stored procedures for reports

?Strong communication (oral and written) skills

?Strong project management skills

?Ability and desire to learn new report display technologies and evaluate additional BI tools that could advance the BI offerings

?Microsoft SSIS and SSAS knowledge a plus

?Knowledge of Dundas Dashboard development is a plus

?Web-based programming skills (HTML, XML, JavaScript, .Net) a plus

?Microsoft certification is a plus
