Awesome company in the Tampa Bay area looking for an Accountant.



This position includes daily responsibilities include reconciling foreign and USD cash for derivative settlements, pay/receive reconciliations, and system reconciliations and as part of the Derivatives Accounting and Reporting team. These processes also include processing accounting as it relates to the company's derivatives and other complex financial instruments for system issues and daily settlements. On a monthly basis, the position is responsible for booking GAAP entries as part of the close process, reconciling accounts to the ledger, and performing a market value to general ledger reconciliation. On a quarterly basis, the position prepares files and tables used in GAAP/STAT footnotes.
