* Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of facilities or maintenance experience--- Hands on Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical experience--- Hands-on experience working on CNC's Mills, Water Jets, and types of Manufacturing Equipment
* Experience working with Hand and Power tools
* Comfortable working on computers - Maximo experience
* Flexibility to occasionally work off shifts and weekends when required
* The ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on Maintenance experience with Mechanical Systems
* Hands-on Experience with Plumbing
* Welding experience
* Hands-on experience with Generators and UPS's
* Fire system maintenance/modification experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
