--- Follow is KEY - Put into practice a steady follow-up system to expand the sales pipeline

--- Provide excellent customer service and sound advice
--- Remain abreast of changes in loans, trends, and areas of knowledge

Qualifications:
--- Possess a team-oriented attitude, with the drive to be successful
--- Demonstrate an outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
--- Have a current, or be in the process of attaining, a Florida Realtor Estate License
--- Valid driver's license
--- Have knowledge and stay up-to-date on current real estate market trends

--- Have a good understanding of the geography of the region
--- Possess a basic understanding of technology
--- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
--- Proven time-management skills
