--- Enter data into relevant documents such as purchase contracts, closing statements, representation contracts, deeds, and leases
--- Follow is KEY - Put into practice a steady follow-up system to expand the sales pipeline
--- Participate in open houses, MLS, and networking events to improve sales
--- Develop and continually advertise to potential customers
--- Assist multiple clients throughout the entire home-buying process on a yearly basis
--- Provide excellent customer service and sound advice
--- Remain abreast of changes in loans, trends, and areas of knowledge

--- Communicate effectively with in-house and external staff to achieve a successful transaction for the clients

Qualifications:
--- Possess a team-oriented attitude, with the drive to be successful
--- Demonstrate an outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
--- Have a current, or be in the process of attaining, a Florida Realtor Estate License
--- Valid driver's license
--- Have knowledge and stay up-to-date on current real estate market trends

--- Have a good understanding of the geography of the region
--- Possess a basic understanding of technology
--- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
