<span>Quality Engineering Manager <br>Company is growing its team with the addition of a Manager of Quality Engineering to lead a functional test team and ensure product quality, reliability and scalability for our customers. <br> <br>Responsibilities: <br>•Manage and lead a team of Software Quality Engineers. Management includes resource management for personnel & hardware, project scoping, tracking <br>•Participate in creating master test plan and specifications <br>•Activate participation in automation design, code reviews and solutions development <br>•Mentor and guide team members <br>•Research and implement new practices, tools and technologies to increase R&D efficiency<br>•Be Hands On when needed and perform functional testing of the product and deliver the product based on release cycles <br>•Triage bugs taking into account customer use cases <br>•Work with cross-functional teams to ensure areas of responsibility meet the quality and feature requirements for each release. <br>•Manage the execution of test cases, identify and communicate defects and monitor resolutions<br> <br>Qualifications/Requirements <br> <br>Minimum Qualifications: <br>•A college degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience <br>•2+ years managing or leading teams, in quality assurance <br>•Strong functional testing knowledge and experience <br>•Experience with agile development methodologies <br>•Excellent verbal and written communication skills <br>•Experience building relationships across teams, such as Development and Product Management •Proven experience delivering high quality software products within a full development life-cycle <br>•Test Automation experience is a plus <br>•Attitude and aptitude to be successful in a growing company <br>•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment <br>•Familiarity with tools such as JIRA , Maven/Ant, Jenkins/Bamboo/TeamCity<br> <br> <br> <br></span> More...
