Join us as an Accounts Receivable/Staff Accountant and become part of a well-oiled machine that values your contributions.We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Staff Accountant with expertise in real estate accounting and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related, specifically real estate, is preferred. Proficiency in Yardi software is a must. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, rent administration, and other related tasks. As a key member of our accounting team, you will work closely with the Controller in a supportive and organized environment.Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately
• Utilize Yardi software for real estate accounting tasks
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Handle rent administration and related tasks
• Collaborate effectively with the accounting team to maintain smooth operations
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization through dedication and commitment to excellenceRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related real estate field is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate accounting
  • Proficiency in Yardi software is required
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
