Description: As a para-planner, you will work closely with our financial advisors to prepare financial plans, develop investment proposals, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, and asset allocation analyses to support financial advisors
• Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork accurately
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork efficiently
• Assist in compiling profiles of prospective clients to facilitate client acquisition efforts
• Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policiesRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 1 years of experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
  • Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses are a plusBenefits:
