Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Operations Specialist, Level II position in Jacksonville, FL. Immediate need!

Responsibilities for this position include:



College Degree or 3 years of professional work experience. Financial services or compliance experience is strongly desired

Intermediate Word and Excel Skills (predominantly work within existing spreadsheets, however it is critical to be able to navigate, cut and paste, sort, and filter. Some pivot tables, formulas and VLook ups will be required) Excel assessment will be required

Prior experience in a role with tight deadlines

Ability to multitask and work in muliple systems as once

? Support initial registration and maintain registrations for legal entities, branch offices

? Ensure timely response to inquiries from banking centers and internal partners which come in via phone or email

? Meet team productivity standards. There are response time SLAs for requests which vary by type of request and contractor will be held accountable for adhering to those.

? Identify and participate in process improvement and regulatory change projects. ? Work with line of business and external partners on special projects

? Provide accurate and timely updates to internal and regulatory data bases



COMPETENCIES

? Prior experience in a role with tight deadlines

? Willing to commit to long term assignment

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management within the organization

? Excellent time management and prioritization skills, manages a variety of duties concurrently

? Strong attention to detail

? Strong problem solving skills

? Capable of showing initiative and providing regular follow

? Excellent professional demeanor
