PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Answers telephones and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
--- Greets and directs visitors. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
--- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax number, company website and other related information.
--- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
--- Provides clerical/administrative support

Requirements:
--- Multi-line telephone skills
--- Communicate verbally in a pleasant, professional manner
--- Customer focus
--- Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
--- High school diploma or equivalent required
