Scope / Complexity: Supervises computer operations and is responsible for day-to-day assignments to staff, and the follow up of their work performance. Manages the daily activities to resolve problems and change management issues. Responsible for production systems ' online response time. Maintains system availability, prepares metrics to evaluate systems performance, and works with IT groups and users to ensure the service objectives are met. Works on one or more projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. - Highly skilled at managing and configuring startup, installation and maintenance of work station and end user technologies.
- Must have knowledge and experience supporting with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, VOIP, DHCP, and desktop topology to achieve a high Quality of Service.
- Skilled at monitoring computer operating systems, performs system tuning and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Skilled at monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining end user hardware including hard drives, memory chips, mother boards, process replacements, HDMI, DVI, peripheral cards, network interface cards, and remote connectivity.
- Must have five or more years work experience in computer operations with exposure to multi-platform environments. This work experience should include one or more years in leading teams and projects,
- Must have the ability to perform capacity and resource planning, assessing service level agreements compliance and contingency planning.

- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of workstations, software, and other end user technologies; researching, analyzing and implementing software patches or hardware changes to fix any workstation deficiencies.
