• Oversee and review the categorization of call data from our call center by reviewing text transcripts, - listening to audio recordings, and directing the categorization process using drop-down menus.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the categorization of call data by providing guidance and support to the data entry team
• Utilize technology and software tools to streamline the data entry process and improve efficiency
• Attend occasional meetings and training sessions to stay updated, receive guidance, and follow instructions, ensuring alignment and consistency with other Category Entry Supports.
