Outside Sales Associate - Hialeah Florida

We're growing and we need your help. Currently, our Outside Sales Associates are running 3 appointments per day which can be overwhelming, especially when you close deals. We need your help to meet the demand.

We do not require that you Canvass/Prospect leads. We provide the leads. In exchange, we expect a minimum closing rate of 30%, which is standard in the industry.

Responsibilities:

--- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
--- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
--- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
--- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities


Qualifications:

--- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
--- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
--- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
--- A consistent top performer in sales
--- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
