  • Winter Haven Hospital is part of the BayCare health system. With more than 500 beds, we see a wide variety of cases and pride ourselves on supporting our local community.
  • No trauma, no OB, no hearts, no high-acuity pediatrics.
  • Practice the full scope of your license.
  • CRNAs do blocks and lines, plus we have training and support.
  • Cases include general, vascular, ortho, neuro/spine, EP, endo, urology, and bariatrics.
  • We re a fun group who enjoy working together.
  • We re looking for additional team members who want to provide excellent and safe anesthesia care to our patients.
  • Compensation is strong, with a salary range from $215,000 (W2) to $225,000 (1099), seven weeks of time off, and a $50K sign-on bonus.
