As a full time -Intake Coordinator -you will work out of our office in Avenue North, North Wilmington. Following orientation this individuwl will work Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm and a weekend and holiday rotation.
The successful candidate will: - Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and timely in order to successfully meet federal and state regulations
- Enter referrals and validate insurance
- Review accuracy of fields on the plan of care based on CMS Medicare Conditions of participation
- Run reports to ensure plan of care and OASIS documents are completed timely by clinicians for review and are locked based on organizational benchmarks and regulatory requirements
- Upload documents into medical records.
- Researches and corrects clinical data entry errors; report compliance concerns related to federal and state guidelines immediately to manager or Corporate ComplianceEducation and Experience Required:
