We currently have career opportunities available for people to take and make inbound calls or outbound calls and schedule appointments for our Sales team.As a full-time Inside Sales Representative you will be trained in HomeStar's over the phone sales process as well as our products and services. Inside Sales Representatives receive BASE PAY PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION. So join our fun and supportive team!Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative:Delivery of over the phone sales presentations on our energy efficient productsPromotion of HomeStar's products and services to prospective and existing clientsManage outflow of calls to current or prospective clients/customersUse excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customersGenerate additional sales revenue by cross selling productsFollow up with warm leads to further the sales processUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and supportResponsible for product knowledge to answer customer questionsParticipate in ongoing sales training and supportAchieve monthly sales quotasQualifications of Inside Sales Representative:Highly evolved interpersonal, organizational, sales and communication skillsTenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential clientMust be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenueExcellent customer service skillsAbility to speak publicly with confidence and poiseStrong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-disciplineA student mentality for sales with a passion for learning a wide-range of additional skillsTenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential clientA naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settingsDesire to mentor other sales colleagues and constantly refine your skill setBA/BS, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred but not requiredPay and Benefits: Base pay/Paid Sales Training Realistic, multi-tiered, performance-based sales bonus opportunities Medical/Dental/Matching 401(k) Paid vacationJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Base pay plus commission and bonuses.
