Registered Nurse (RN) - 4N Medical StepdownDay Shift - (Hours: 7a -7p) Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.Wilmington, DE10K Sign-on Bonus!Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experience Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit. - The Unit4N is a Medical Telemetry unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems: Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, stoke and cellulitis. - The patient population includes adolescent, adults, and geriatric patients. - The unit provides staff with a wide variety of learning experience in a fast-paced environment. -Working on a mixed-acuity unit will provide you the opportunity to be ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations and using best practice techniques from evidence-based care. We encourage an environment of growth and expanding knowledge, promoting up the clinical ladder, openness, and inclusivity.
