Applicants from California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York City, and Washington: Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant's skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000. Employees may also be eligible for commissions, as applicable. Essential Functions - Have responsibility for revenue, quota, profit targets, and territory budget.
- Sell Ryder products/services such as RydeSmart, insurance, fuel services, DCC Lite, etc.
- Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve revenue and targets.
- Initiate sales calls to existing customers within assigned territories.
- Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers.
- Contact FMS lease customers (lease 3 trucks or fewer) and sell renewal business
Additional Responsibilities - Performs other duties as assigned.
