In April 2024, Global Refuge, in partnership with the Department of State's Bureau for Populations, Refugees, and Migration, will launch a new virtual case management program, the Virtual Reception & Placement (VR&P) program. This program will provide case management services to refugees and Special Immigrant Visa holders for the first 90 days after their arrival, providing Reception & Placement (R&P) services, virtually. Reporting to the Virtual Program Manager, the Field Regional Supervisor oversees the delivery and documentation of case management and other required services to newly arriving refugees in accordance with the contracts and grants that fund the program. This role is responsible for ensuring effective and timely coordination with headquarters staff, local teams, and local partner agencies. The Field Regional Supervisor oversees a team of Virtual Case Managers.
