<span><B>Responsibilities: Perform PC Asset Management and maintain the PC asset database</B><br>&bull;Update, maintain and ensure accurate recording of PC Assets in the PC asset <br>Database<br>&bull;Oversee and fulfill requests submitted to the PC Inventory Management system.<br>&bull;Audit asset inventory for PC Provisioning and reassign equipment accordingly <br>to the correct department.<br>&bull;Regularly validate PC assignments with the different units and country offices<br>&bull;Reassign and update asset assignments when clients move or leave the <br>organization<br>&bull;Process disposal of old equipment and update asset records accordingly.<br>&bull;Provide, generate various regular and AdHoc reports on PC/Hardware asset <br>inventory<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Position Requirements: </B><br>&bull;Must have at least 2+ years&rsquo; experience maintaining inventory databases and provide inventory reporting<br>&bull;Candidate must have expert level Excel and PowerPoint<br>&bull;Proficient in use of computer <br>&bull;Ability to follow instructions <br>&bull;Well-organized, Great attention to detail <br>&bull;Excellent written and oral communications skills<br>&bull;Experience in Windows Vista / Win 7 <br>&bull;Ready to take on other additional task <br>&bull;College diploma<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Please respond by clicking on link and sending updated word resume for this contract Asset Management Position in Washington, DC 20433</B><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br></span> More...
